S-01 FASCIA MOUNT Exterior Building Signs
Fascia and wall-mounted identification for industrial, warehouse and office buildings, engineered for Alberta wind and freeze cycles and mounted by our own crews.

S-02 LED INTERNAL Illuminated Building Signs
Internally lit cabinets, channel letters and halo-lit letters. We specify the LED modules and transformers, so the sign still reads at the same brightness in year five.

S-03 INT + EXT Wayfinding Signage
Interior and exterior directional systems, room and floor identification, parking and site direction, including braille and tactile signage where code requires it.

S-04 GRADE MOUNT Pylon Signs
Freestanding pylon and monument structures, from the footing and steel through to the cabinet and tenant panels. These are the projects where permitting decides your timeline.

S-05 FABRICATED 3D Dimensional Signs
Fabricated metal and acrylic letters, logos and reception signage, cut and finished in our Calgary facility with the depth and edge quality a flat printed panel cannot reach.
One Company Owns All Four Stages
Most signage problems happen in the handovers, between the designer and the permit office, or between the fabricator and whoever is supposed to install it. There are no handovers here, because every row below is us.

DO YOU HANDLE THE CITY SIGN PERMIT?
Yes. We prepare the drawings, submit the permit application and follow it through to approval as part of the project. You are not left to interpret the bylaw or chase the file, and where your lease has landlord sign criteria we handle that review too.

HOW LONG DOES A BUILDING SIGN TAKE?
It depends on the sign and on the permit queue, which is the part nobody can promise around. We give you a realistic schedule for your specific project at the assessment, with the permit stage called out separately so you can see what is in our hands and what is in the city’s.

DO YOU INSTALL, OR JUST MAKE THE SIGN?
We install. The same company that drew and built the sign mounts it and wires it, which is why there is nobody to point at if something needs adjusting afterwards.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE ARTWORK OR A LOGO FILE?
That is normal and it is not a problem. Our graphic design team works from whatever you have, including a photo of your existing sign, and produces the production-ready artwork as part of the project.
